But if you look at the opposition we faced in our group, it wasn\u2019t easy either. That gives us confidence,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve studied Madagascar well and we have a plan. Defender Daniel Sakari insists the team will not allow the occasion or outside noise to cloud their focus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re not distracted by the noise from fans or social media,\u201d the Kenya Police FC right-back said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOur eyes are firmly on the game. We\u2019ve analyzed Madagascar and we know what to expect. The target is clear: to get a result and reach the semifinals. We\u2019ll play to our strengths and exploit their weaknesses.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Madagascar\u2019s fearless spirit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Madagascar are no strangers to making headlines on the continental stage. They reached the semifinals in CHAN 2022 in Algeria, eventually claiming bronze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Head coach Romuald Felix Rakotondrabe believes that history gives his team the confidence to face Kenya, even in front of a partisan Kasarani crowd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re here because of hard work, and facing Kenya at home will be tough. It won\u2019t be easy, but this is a quarterfinal \u2014 anything can happen, even away from home.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His forward, Nantenaina \u2018Tony\u2019 Elysee Randriamanampisoa, was equally bullish: \u201cWe know it will be a difficult atmosphere with the fans behind Kenya, but we see it as motivation.
